We started SNJ because every local business we walked past had a site that looked abandoned. We are sixteen, so we would rather show you work than talk about it. That is why this page ends in six finished demo sites instead of a gallery of logos we cannot claim yet.

It is the first thing everyone asks. Judge the demos on this page instead of our ages: open one, scroll it on your phone, use the booking form, then decide.

02Who owns the site when it is done?You do. Domain, hosting and code, all in your name.+
The domain, the hosting account and the code are registered to you at the start, not to us. If you stop working with us, nothing switches off and you owe nobody a licence fee.

03Can you write the words as well?Yes. Send bullet points, we write the site.+
Jack writes the copy. Send us bullet points, a voice note, or talk us through the business on the call, and we draft every page. You approve every line before launch, and we rewrite anything that does not sound like you.
04What if I already have a website?We keep what Google already knows about you.+
We keep your domain, your content and anything already ranking, then rebuild around it. Your existing site stays live until the new one is ready, so there is no gap and no dead link.

05Do you work outside Madrid and London?Yes, most of the process needs no meeting.+
Video call and a shared folder work fine. We are in Madrid and London only if you want to meet in person, and about half the work happens with no meeting at all.
06What do you need from me to start?A conversation, and whatever photos you already have.+
Your logo if you have one, photos if you have them, and one conversation. If you have neither logo nor photos, we tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone and draw you a simple wordmark to start with.

07What does the monthly care plan actually cover?Edits, hosting, backups and a traffic report.+
Small changes you would otherwise have to learn to make yourself. Prices, staff, opening hours, a new section, a seasonal menu. Send them by message and they go live the same week.

08Are there costs after launch?Only the domain and hosting, both in your name.+
A domain is roughly £12 a year and hosting for a site this size is usually free to £5 a month. We set both up in your name and show you the invoices. There is no fee to us unless you choose the care plan.
09Will it work on an old phone?Tested on real devices, not just a browser window.+
Every page is built mobile-first and checked on real hardware, including old Androids with a weak signal. The demos on this page are the proof: open one on your phone and it behaves the same as it does here.
